Every stock evaluation is carried out by our specialist team, free of charge, within 48 hours of receiving complete stock details. Evaluations are based on the information, photos and access provided by the seller at the time of submission.
Once an offer is accepted, collection is arranged and carried out by our own logistics team, free of charge, within Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. We aim to schedule collection within 2–5 business days of offer acceptance, subject to site accessibility.
Items listed on our Buy marketplace are sold as surplus or overstock inventory in the condition described at the point of listing. Where an item is marked "new" or "sealed," this reflects the seller's declared condition at intake and is inspected where practical before relisting.
Where surplus stock is still covered by an original manufacturer's warranty, that warranty (if any) remains with the manufacturer and is unaffected by resale through our marketplace. We recommend buyers confirm warranty status directly with the manufacturer for electronics, machinery and tools.
